This is a binding agreement between Sputnik Wallet ("Sputnik Wallet", "us", "we", or "our") as the provider of the services as set out hereafter under the brand of "Sputnik Wallet" and the person, persons, or entity ("User", "you" or "your") using such services (the "mobile app", "app", "wallet", "Service"). Before you can enter into this service and benefit from our services as set out hereafter you are required to read these Terms carefully. These terms are designed as a way to help you understand the Sputnik Wallet's policies and practices. It should be complemented by regulations and applicable law.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION, PROCESSING & STORAGE
Information You share with Us, We collect and store information you provide to Sputnik Wallet through the application. This information may include your name, email address, username, password, location and any other information you choose to provide.
Sensitive personal data will be used as intended and will remain on your device. E.g. Camera Data will only be used for reading QR codes. Camera images will never leave your device.
Your physical location will never be communicated to us, unless you provide prior specific consent.
Your blockchain transactions may be relayed through servers ("nodes") and will be publicly visible due to the public nature of distributed ledger systems.
We may collect usage information in order to improve functionality and User Experience. This information will be used in an aggregated, anonymized fashion, and never in association with your name, email, or other personally identifying information (Personally Identifying Information).
You may choose to provide us with personally identifying information in order to participate in certain programs, activate features, or obtain other benefits, but you will always be able to use the basic features of the Sputnik Wallet without providing personally identifying information. If you provide us with personally identifying information then, notwithstanding any part of this policy, we may use that information in order to provide you with services or to improve the functioning or UI of the Sputnik Wallet
Your personally identifying information will be kept strictly confidential and never provided to third parties. Secure Communication with servers support HTTPS for secure and encrypted communication. Communication with Third-Party Servers Exchange rates, balances, transactions and other blockchain information may be read from, or related to, third-party servers. We cannot guarantee the privacy of your Internet connection. User Support Requests If you contact support then as part of the support request we may incidentally collect your personally identifying information but we will endeavor to keep that information secure and confidential. Support information may be managed using a third-party service and further terms of that service may apply to your support request.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Sputnik Wallet may change or alter this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify of any changes made by revising the Effective Date at the top of this policy document, as well as on the cover page. We will notify you via email for any changes that legally require direct communication.
